Brief from client
Logo for a property management company - Redeem Properties.
Trying to keep it simple and avoid as many cliches as possible and there are many cliches in this forest of real estate logos.
I had a sketchpad full of ideas and this was one of two that I chose.. the other being the shirt/tie/alien landing logo ;)

I like this better. It's easier to recognize and the frame around the house gives that encompassing connotation you need for the management aspect. The font and symbol have the same rounded corners so it all fits together nicely.
Check the alignment of properties to REDEEM. It's just a cunt hair off to the left. ;)
I think this one is the best version so far, the next ones ( with the clipboard) are not that atractive, and I see they still cause you trouble in the composition.
