Brief from client
Logo for a property management company - Redeem Properties.
This is the final version that I submitted. The other versions with the roof/negative space weren't working 100% so I ditched them. I'm pretty pleased. Oh and the obvious difference in the name is because the client made a last minute change. I kinda like this name more.

I changed the font too. Here are the colour use variations...
Colour Variations.. feedback appreciated. Client requested the orange, which is the one I least like :)
The orange feels too much like "Caution!" The blue is much calmer and the green has sort of a lucrative money feel. The latter are much more inviting. I'd try to steer clear of the orange and black unless, perhaps, taking the black down a notch or too fixes the cautious vibe.
Thanks Jon. I'll try with the grey. I hate the orange to be honest, it was just a client request. Someone on a facebook group that i'm on, mentioned comic sans, which hurt my soul. The font is Ubuntu Titling... :(

It's clearly NOT Comic Sans. Someone doesn't know their ass from elbow. lol
Comic Sans would be perfect....if they want it to look like my mum did it in a rush.

This is actually my favourite colour choice...
The symbol looks pretty cool like that.

Symbol and typography is an offense to my reason and sense of beauty. Does it have to be like kindergarten style? Something in the "Properties" that says "write me in all capitals". The good thing is though that the logo scales well. That idea is good.
Dude 'offense to my reason and sense of beauty' and 'kindergarten style' are disproportionately strong phrases in my opinion, but thanks for the critique.
