I like the idea, colors and especially typography although I think that the extra serif on the X is out of place and the overal lenght of the 2nd line is more than the length of the word "TOXIC" itself. The typography itself is a brave decision here for clothing business and I like the improvisation.

There is also sth wrong with the skull though. Jaw is bit larger and may be the teeth and the 4 bones could be tweaked a bit so that match more.
