in my oppinion you should put this lettering in the other symbol

Those eyeballs are too clip art and I don t see any reason to let the second "E" in mirror.

The logo looks too simple, you don't have to use two eyes or eyes at all to develop the logo. Try to make a catchy icon. I like the font but be careful with the kerning. Cheers!
