Symbol is too small unless the logo will only be large. Imagine it on a business card... That is a lot of colors to print... especially if they are pms colors or need matched.

I'd refrain from having the symbol directly mixed with the text.

I agree with the comments above. I would also add that you should try make the 'I" straight, without the horizontal endings, to go more with the other characters. And as for the symbol, try use one colour, or two max.

This is pretty cool i feel it already has a feel of a real company i would suggest keep in mind the kerning but overall pretty cool! :D
And as JMG3 Said Look at the progress you made! :D
