Ok, why don´t you try to find any other way of depicting management like a briefcase!?
You could put the house in perspective so the front is a house and the other side (I´m thinking in an isometric view) be the side of a briefcase... it´s just something I thought, because the shirt collar doesn´t seem to be doing a good job in getting the message delivered.
