Brief from client
Logo for a property management company - Redeem Properties.
Tried a heavy use of negative space to suggest what's not there. The 's' in 'properties' is purposely not aligned to the edge of the roof to the right for aforementioned reason - it's aligned with the right corner of the house.

I like it. The negative space the way you used it does a good job of bucking the clichés. I'm still struggling with mine. I'll get back at it on Monday.

It's definitely a more interesting composition, but I saw it as a clipboard a few seconds before I realised it was a roof.
I still think properties should be in a thinner font. For instance, the lowercase 'e' touches itself...ooh err.
Yeah, a friend of mine mentioned a clipboard too. I didn't notice the 'e' touching itself inappropriately and will have to address that.
I'm going to make the house more obvious, whilst keeping as simple as possible.
nope, this is not it. not to be harsh but i really think its an ugly font.
and negative space is a good idea but only when it is worked-out good and this one isn't.
I hope you can come-up with something new! i'm looking forward to it
