Sorry, nothing is working here. It reads "AE ternam Oesign". Too many elements, the fonts looks like it's been squashed, no idea what the D, which totally looks like an O, is supposed to represent. And that random isolated dot on the left is there for whatever reason.
Why, when you are a human being and not a corporate entity, would you still insist on having a name totally devoided of personality and human touch. You have a name and a last name which make you unique. This name looks like your World of Warcraft screen name.
Toss that horrible thing, grab and pen and paper and start sketching ideas, only looking at your screen for inspiration (Pinterest, Logopond, etc)
