Brief from client
a company for marketing and advertising, need a logo exciting, fresh, young that address to youth and new generation, main colors: blue and green and any other vivid color combination with light cloud background.
I like your color scheme, one thing that bothers me though is your symbol and the font. Simply you don't have to stylize your font because you already have an image (symbol) so it starts to clash, also your "A", your "R" and your "H" all don't need to be stylized. It's kind of old-fashioned looking right now with all the fancy curls and that repeated "A" layers. This whole thing doesn't really help to tell me anything.
First off, take off the gradient background from now on, it's not needed because it takes away from the focus on the logo, or just makes us think that since your logo isn't strong enough by itself, you need to add a gradient background to keep it looking interesting. No no, a plain white background is fine.
Also if you want to appeal to the youth, try going for some san-serif fonts. Is this a church organization? The reason why I ask is because of the glow and the "God-like hand" if so than this is extremely EXTREMELY cliche and not totally speaking well to the younger audience.
Check out some modern church logos IF this is for a church, I will say though, even if your not going for a church logo that you STILL take a look because they do an excellent job on their logos and how they appeal to the younger audience:
Remove your glow, and now that I think of it, take out the extra elements on the text (and use a new font NOT a serif font unless it's a modern one.) and start over, take out the layered "a" (very ugly) and instead work on a little addition to a plain font (be creative and make one of the letters look like its "reaching out" or something). Overall I can't say it enough, NEVER use a glow!!! lol
Thank you for your comment, it was very helpful
unfortunately it's not for a church rather than for marketing company "reach aim"
yes i guess background, glow, hand and stylized letters give the impression of a church...
I like the idea with the hand putting the dot on the i. The rest I don't like at all. Too crowded, too many kinds of fonts (you only need one), the hand's lines are too thin, the background should be removed. It needs to be a lot simpler.
I like the color, but all the rest is out of concept in my opinion... All what you have told us in your briefing... is not on the logo!!!! Try something really fresh and new, something modern and clean.
This one went off track a bit, You need to simplify it alot. Loose some of the fonts keep it to two maximum. You do not need the gradient I think you can just use the green and blue with out having them blend. That will show more strength.

do not use more than 2 fonts... you already got 3 in your logo! It doesn't say anything about that agency!
