Brief from client
a company for marketing and advertising, need a logo exciting, fresh, young that address to youth and new generation, main colors: blue and green and any other vivid color combination with light cloud background.
For reaching out per se to a younger audience it depends on what you are looking for. I would say use the red and black version as your general logo. Others may also feel differently in terms of what they think, so don't just take my word for my past critiques.
The golden version can be used in animation and somehow fade into the "general and less flashy" version.
The colors seem a little bit less appealing to youth though. Maybe something along a blue color scheme? Like a muted blue with face book or a lighter blue for twitter. Maybe try a light blue with that black to lighten up the mood.
Gigafrost your past critique was extremely helpful
among all members who critiqued my work are INSANELY awesome in improving my output ;)

hehe, yes indeed, OMG i think i have an error with the reflection, somehow on illustrator was great when copied to photoshop lost the mask...
thank you for your comment
Hmmmm I like this symbol a lot!!!!! but... you have to think about printing, and black and white version. So my adevise for you ir to forgot about the bling bling and the bottom reflex, and used them only on web. but in paper used with out them.
thank you geracao
yes definitely this logo intend to be on a flyer or a webpage and never to be printed out
but i'm still working to improve it, as i feel something is still missing or not working together like the inconsistency between the logo and the font...
Thank you Stephen for your comment,
your previous critiques was very helpful
do you think of a company logo with such colors? i mean versus black and red
thank you
I'm personally not really interested in what kind of background you put the logo on or what golden effect you can make:) I rather see a logo pure black and white, that is when you can see how it really looks, how it works. You can put these effects on when you are really done designing.
For now I feel that you need to change the font type so it matches the one you used in the symbol and concentrate on the kerning a little to make it less crowded, more readable.
