a company for marketing and advertising, need a logo exciting, fresh, young that address to youth and new generation, main colors: blue and green and any other vivid color combination with light cloud background.

For reaching out per se to a younger audience it depends on what you are looking for. I would say use the red and black version as your general logo. Others may also feel differently in terms of what they think, so don't just take my word for my past critiques.

The golden version can be used in animation and somehow fade into the "general and less flashy" version.

The colors seem a little bit less appealing to youth though. Maybe something along a blue color scheme? Like a muted blue with face book or a lighter blue for twitter. Maybe try a light blue with that black to lighten up the mood.

Just my opinions!

It's a nice, modern logo and I do like it overall. What I don't like is that the font of the company name and the symbol are a lot different in style, they do not work together. As for the colors, this black/red combination is a bit too harsh for my eyes and I also feel that you are not confident enough about the logo so you are trying to compensate with unnecessary effects.

I don't like this "improve" so much.

As oscarthegrouch states, something disfunctional is happening between both elements.

Since the beginning, i'm not with this symbol (for me, it is not well balanced, and i think it's mood goes in the direction of a sound equipment provider).

This new typography loses in impact the same that the past one had gained, for me.

A word for this multi exposed glossy effect: it is not a new thing and EVERYBODY has used yet —even my grandma.

Now i'm about to find why you love this symbol: you've spent a time tracing it: you don't love the result, the thing you're wanting to respect is just your work and dedication, that time you dedicated to sketch it instead other most important things. But man, in this case you need to throw it away and start again (or as i said, just remove it from your past logo and just keep the typography, and that detail over the i)

The simple things are almost always the more valuable things, and they're not often appreciated in the right moment.
