Brief from client
I am a freelance graphic designer & want to re-brand myself (original logo that I used for 3 years is very girly). I liked the idea of CMYK, but know that it's really overused. Because 2 of my initials are C & M I thought I may be able to get away with it. What do you think?

For some reason i cant bring my self to like the handwritten text. It seems off to me. I like the use of colors but try playing around with the "Graphic & Web" text some more. Keep it up!
I totally prefer this one of the CMYK thing. It's way more personal and have more character.
Now, you might to ad a pre ligature on that first S, so it doesn't look so much like a J.
Also, the placement and probably the choice of font for the subtext can be refined.
Good work!
Totally agree on the 's' & yes... I do see what you're saying about the subtext. It used to be in a circle & that was the original reason for the placement.

think this one is different than other but think both work
I think you should take good font and skew it in this way. Try use a "pacifico" or "stainy" or similar fonts. Good luck
