the logo looks better than the first version but still looks bad. You are on the right track though but this one doesn't have pancake mix. I cant tell you what's wrong, font is ok but it looks bad, the gradient in the bubbles is zero........
thank you hueroth, well... is it the idea itself? i mean should i drop the design concept and start from over?
i'd appreciate your opinion about the whole idea
thank you dear
when i start a design i try to have an image of it before i start draw it. This is the way i work and usually it turns well, if i start to draw with no idea it turns bad. This logo looks like you started your drawing or working before you had an idea, it feels like it has no soul (this is my vision). To start over or to work on this one is only your decision to take, the logo is not so bad to start over, it misses initiative. What i would do, keep the font , make it one color only, give balance to the circles , give them one color only, end of story.
You said you need an exciting logo. This is not one. Those bubbles mean nothing and don't look good either. Does not connect to advertising at all. The kerning of the text needs lots of work. The font is not a good choice either, not easy to read.
Oscar said what I was going to say
Better than the first one, but it lacks.
Typo: funny, not well implemented, not well balanced. They look as a preliminary sketch. You most see the work of others, those logos that inspire to you to become a designer.
Color: Weak, weak weak. Advertising world is not as friendly as your logo pretend to be. In fact this world is professional, aggressive, competitive, specific… in order to be functional and responsive.
Your current color scheme can be good for a hospital or a networking assistance firm. Your colors most be black, white, yellow, magenta, red… and they should be contrasting and brighting.
About the nature of the business, i recommend something simple and strong, easy, isn't it? Lol. Well i mean a square, bold typography something that exists in great companies… or something that completely denies it, but no other logo that is a half of a job.
This is by far way better than the previous submission but still needs some work, i agree that it is not exciting and the gradient should be dropped. but after uploading this i feel there is still hope for a great logo, the above peeps gave great advise!
