yes, Now I see the M not a V

I don't really mind the V in the symbol. I see it alright, but I also see the M. But whatever, it's the symbol, it doesn't have to be litteral. What I really don't like though, it's the 2 dents on each side of the "V". They almost disapear as soon as you reduce the size (as you can see with the thumbnails) I would get rid of them or make them more prominent.

The font choice is ok but you really got to fix that tracking. The characters are way too close from each other. Let it breath! And the kerning needs some tweaking to. I'd maybe pick a less dull font for the subtext.

Globally, this is heading in the right direction, but if you can do something about these problems I pointed out, it could really be great.

I'm reading it as MIASSIVE. I'm not sure that cut out on the M is necessary to making this look good. I understand that it goes with the font choice, but I think it detracts from reading it properly. Also, you may want to consider bringing the logo closer to the word Massive.
Otherwise.... everything else looks pretty darn good!
